Acceptance of terms

Plotiq provides free online tools at plotiq.app ("the Website") for making graphs and converting data files. By using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

Use of the tools

You may use the tools free of charge for personal, educational, research and commercial work. You must not try to disrupt the Website, overload it with automated requests, copy it to run as a competing service, or use it for anything unlawful.

Your data

Files and text you enter are processed in your own browser and are not uploaded to our servers. You keep all rights to your data and to the figures and files you create with the tools. You are responsible for having the right to use the data you enter.

Accuracy

We work hard to make every calculation, fit and conversion correct, but the tools are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Check important results, especially before publishing them or using them for decisions about health, safety, money or legal matters.

Intellectual property

The Website’s design, text and code belong to Plotiq. Figures you export are yours to use without attribution, although a mention of Plotiq is always appreciated.

Advertising and third-party links

The Website may show advertising served by Google AdSense and links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites. See the privacy policy for how advertising cookies are used.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Plotiq is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or its results.
