Plotiq is built and maintained by a small independent team. We read every message and usually reply within two working days.

Please don’t attach confidential data. Plotiq never needs your files to fix a problem — a few sample rows are enough.
What to write to us about
- Bug reports — tell us which tool (for example the scatter plot maker), your browser, and what you expected to happen. A few rows of sample data or a screenshot helps a lot.
- Feature requests — a chart type, export format or converter you need. Many current features started as user requests.
- Data that won’t read correctly — describe the file (CSV, Excel, JSON), the delimiter if you know it, and paste the first few lines.
- Teachers and labs — if you use Plotiq in a course or lab manual, we’d love to hear what would make it more useful for students.
- Partnerships and advertising — business enquiries are welcome at the same address.
Privacy
Your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded, so we cannot see or recover data you used in a tool. If you email us, we use your address only to reply. See the privacy policy for details about analytics and advertising.
